Formerly the Director of Production for Live Nation, Ford has over 30 years of experience producing events. He started Redrock Entertainment as a way for himself and his A-team to create truly mind-blowing experiences outside of just live music events. In his freetime, he enjoys spending time with his family and hiking.

A veteran of the entertainment industry, Jeffery has built a career over 30 years in talent management, content development and brand partnerships. As Co-founder and CVO of Redrock Entertainment, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of artists, creators and industry leaders while producing compelling content across film, television and live events.

With over 25 years of experience producing global events, Jen’s passion for event production shines brightest on event day. She loves watching all the moving parts come together to create unforgettable memories for guests. Jen especially thrives when bringing bold, out-of-the-box concepts to life - the more “impossible” the idea, the more determined she is to bring it to life!

Dmitry is an experienced finance professional with a background in corporate development, investment banking and private equity. He has worked across digital media, early-stage startups, and highly regulated industries for which he has been instrumental in contributing to critical decision making, implementing strategic growth initiatives and developing financial infrastructure, procedures and protocols.

Tim’s work has earned him 13 Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards, a Digiday Award and an OMMA Award. His portfolio spans feature films, pilots, national ad campaigns, music videos and documentaries. He has helmed standout projects including Billboard Women in Music and Rob Schneider’s comedy special 'Woke Up In America' for Fox Nation. As a cinematographer, he captured Katy Perry: Making of The Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show, and among his commercial clients you find global brands like Starbucks, Ford and HP.

With 20 years of experience, Heather's strengths intersect at creative ideation mixed with ‘hard-nosed’ production, which allows her to work with closely guarded IP and brand teams to achieve the goals set by her clients, whom she considers partners. One of her most notable achievements was being tapped as the creative producer for the Grand Ex Award-winning program, Riot X Arcane. She also led production for Netflix’s Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience.

As the Chief of Staff, Rebecka supports the CEO in leading strategic initiatives, driving business operations and advancing organizational growth. Prior to Redrock Entertainment, Rebecka worked at ICM Partners (now CAA), where she coordinated the Motion Picture Production department and supported Oscar-winning clients. She also worked at Warner Bros. TV on acclaimed series including The Big Bang Theory and MOM.

With over five years of experience in management, Arlena began her career with the University Police Department and later transitioned to Sports Entertainment, providing her with extensive knowledge in operations and team management. She has a huge sweet tooth and loves to visit dessert shops in her free time.

Steffi has over 10 years experience in event production, experiential marketing and production design, for clients such as Pharrell Williams/i am OTHER, Adam Levine/Maroon 5 and Christian Louboutin. Steffi received a Telly award for production design for her work on DaBaby’s “Rockstar” ft. Roddy Rich video for the 20th BET Awards. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and her pampered animals.

Hanna is passionate about brand marketing and strategy. She began her career in advertising, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations and campaign execution. She then expanded her experience at a media production company, diving deeper into content-driven marketing and working on campaigns recognized with Shorty Awards. Originally from Sweden, her love for entertainment inspired her move to Los Angeles in 2017.

Has as over 35 years of live music entertainment experience in the touring industry. Touring with legends beginning with Neil Diamond and Lou Reed to the revolutionary Rage Against the Machine and innovative TOOL to name just a few. In his down times he enjoys being a soccer dad, chilling with his family, music, great movies and awesome meals.

Amaris is a storyteller who has spent the past 15 years using her Master’s in Leadership to help others in ministry, personal development, and production management. She has spent the last seven years as an activation coach for creatives. In her free time, she enjoys reading the latest crime mystery and watching her niece play high school basketball.

Leale began her career ten years ago at 20th Century Fox supporting their International PR department with their yearly LA Screenings. Since then, she has worked on a variety of live events ranging from film and music festivals to non-profit galas. In her free time, she loves to go to the movies, read a good book, or go on a hike.

From Disney, iHeart Media, Luxury fashion PR and more, Jesyka has been building her career in entertainment for over seven years. At Redrock Entertainment, Jesyka works behind the scenes producing music festivals for shows including Lovers and Friends and When We Were Young, as well as concerts for P!nk, Morgan Wallen and more. Jesyka holds an M.A. in mass communication and a B.A. in journalism with an emphasis in broadcast and a collateral in Family Consumer Science, all from California State University, Northridge.

Nate has a 25 year history in event production, message design, influencer marketing and non profit development. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife Heather, their teenagers Ian, Asher and Micaiah, and a black and white golden doodle named Meghan.

Amanda has over five years of experience working in both television production and live event production. In her free time, Amanda likes to spend time at the beach, read a good book and is always on the hunt for a good cup of coffee.

Bryan Frieders is the retired Fire Chief of the Pasadena (CA) Fire Department. He has more than 31 years of Fire/EMS experience in a variety of assignments ranging from Operations to Emergency Management. Bryan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Education and an Associate’s Degree in Fire Technology. For fun, he enjoys flying - he’s a pilot too!

Ryland brings over 10 years of editing experience to his role as Post Production Supervisor at Redrock Media, creating content for livestreams, broadcasts, podcasts and more. From full show edits to highlight reels and in-show packages, he ensures every piece meets the highest creative and technical standards.

Brooke has over 18 years of experience in public safety where she has served in various capacities, including criminal investigations, emergency medical services, and staff training and development. She is a PhD graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi's Human Capital Development program where her research focused on organizational safety training and organizational safety culture. She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Behavioral Science.

Rita is a seasoned accounting professional with over 25 years of experience, beginning her career in the Hospitality industry before moving into the dynamic world of live events. As a passionate traveler, her favorite city to visit is Las Vegas. Outside of work, Rita indulges her love for food by sharing reviews on social media and unwinds with true crime documentaries and reality TV.

Jessica has spent 10 years building her career in the entertainment and event industry. She comes with an extensive knowledge in managing live events, brand activations and artist touring. She gained most of her experience working as a Day-to-Day/Tour Manager for recording artist Kamaiyah while also working as an Event Talent Manager for The Brand Group, which focused primarily in live events and brand activations.

Sheehan has over 25 years of event experience. Specializing in large-scale events, multi-tier marketing platforms and campaign launches, her career in fashion, film, publishing and art has taken her around the world.

Sarah has 10 years of experience as a Casting Director and Coordinator in Sweden. After casting shows such as Masterchef, Gladiators and The Bachelor for Warner Bros. and Endemolshine, she decided to pursue a degree in LA and found her way to Redrock Entertainment. Sarah is a travel bug with a serious coffee addiction and a love for hats and horror movies.

With a life spent submersed in music, Rachel began her journey in entertainment studying audio engineering at Belmont University. She later went on to work in film music and sync, collaborating with composers from across the globe, while simultaneously solo traveling throughout the US and Europe for three consecutive years.

Makenzie has been with Redrock Entertainment for over a decade, leading in the design, planning and logistics of live events. She’s drawn to the technical and often invisible layers of the creative process - the connective thread that unites a space’s physical form, the vision behind the event and the engagement of its audience.

Stephen brings over a decade of expertise in concert production, with a diverse background spanning tour management, venue operations and live music photography. Before making his way to Redrock Entertainment, he served as the Tour Manager for The Dillinger Escape Plan and Production Manager at The Wiltern Theatre. Fun fact: you’ll rarely find Stephen without a splash of Leopard Print in his wardrobe.

Stephanie has nine years of accounting experience across different industries, including manufacturing, facility management, financial, and food and beverage services. During her free time, she enjoys watching history documentaries, especially those about Tudor history. She also loves to travel, go to Disneyland, and play video games with her son.

Brad has been in the entertainment business for 15 years and love being able to help put on amazing events for our clients.

Marin possesses over seven years of experience across a variety of roles at Redrock Entertainment, including more than four years helping lead the charge on the Redrock Live Finance Team as Senior Staff Accountant III. She is a key player in day-to-day financial operations and driving strategic initiatives forward company wide.

Rosa has over nine years of experience in accounting, most notably managing for PHAROS in New Zealand. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects and reading. Fun fact: Rosa served in the US Army for four years.

Alondra is a passionate and dedicated accounting professional who has been thriving in the entertainment industry since 2018. She got her start with Live Nation at the iconic House of Blues, where she developed a strong appreciation for the energy of live events.

Originally from Mexico City, Miguel brings 15 years of expertise in TV, fashion and editorial. After completing the ProArts consortium at Harvard University and graduating from Emerson College, he relocated to Los Angeles to contribute as a style expert for CNN-E. Miguel has collaborated with prestigious global fashion clients and holds accreditation as an official press member from the FHCM in Paris.

Angelica has nine years of Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting experience, most notably with Live Nation Entertainment and Mattel prior to joining Redrock Entertainment. In her free time, she loves going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Kelsey is an accomplished entertainment professional with extensive experience managing and supporting large scale productions. Her work spans network television shows, high profile live events, theatrical productions and major commercial campaigns. She brings exceptional organizational skills, creative problem solving and a collaborative approach to every project.

Leran has over 20 years of experience in architecture and industrial design. His career has taken him to all 50 states and beyond but he believes moving to Los Angeles in 2019 was one of the best decisions he’s ever made. In his free time, Leran is an avant-garde ceramicist and potter who loves designing, exploring, and creating exciting new forms in clay.

While his official title (and Emmys) would tell you he’s best suited for editing, motion graphics and VFX supervision, Dan’s insight and creative input often lands him work as an impromptu creative producer, writer, graphic designer, concept artist and client liaison. His multi-media mindset has served him well for over 15 years!

Dennis has four years of experience in I.T. Before joining Redrock Entertainment, he served as the Asset Fulfillment Team Lead at Disney. Although he originally planned to become a Police Officer, his passion for I.T. led him in a different direction. In his free time, Dennis enjoys reading comic books and watching newly released movies.

Keav is a thoughtful business partner who brings over 14 years of progressive people, organization, and culture building experience in the entertainment and media space. Before starting at Redrock, she worked for The Ringer, a sports and pop culture website and podcast network, founded by Bill Simmons in 2016 and acquired by Spotify in 2020.

Jesse has spent the last ten years leading technology operations teams and working in theatrical and dance production environments, as well as driving success at Apple, Samsung and most recently, innovating premier production IT services for Atos at Disney. He strives to build applications, tools and processes that allow creatives and companies to thrive.

With over 20 years in music touring and nearly as many in public safety, Steve brings a rare blend of production and emergency response experience to Redrock Health & Safety. He’s toured globally with artists like Rage Against the Machine, Tool, and Yoko Ono. Within a few years of the Sept. 11 attacks, a desire to serve led to a career pivot to the Fire Service, where he currently serves as a Fire Chief in Los Angeles.

Jillian is an accomplished, award-winning entertainment event producer, talent relations lead, event and product marketing expert and music manager with over 12 years of experience building events and creating and executing marketing plans for live events and tours. She has earned accolades from Adweek, Promax, and Ex Awards for several of her event properties, including the Adult Swim Festival (2018–2021).

Lamar started working in the entertainment industry in 2003. His first introduction to the industry was running a graphics department for movie premieres and special events. Since then, he has worked in cruise entertainment, concert stage design, concert lightin and now festival planning at Redrock Entertainment.

Emily is a creative designer with over ten years of experience, bringing a unique background in both fabrication and design. She finds fulfillment in transforming empty spaces into vibrant social places and takes great satisfaction in seeing others enjoy her creations. With a keen eye for color and a passion for leaving her imaginative footprint on the world, Emily thrives on the joy her work brings to others.

From humble beginnings as a production assistant in television, film and other mixed media, Rafael has built an impressive career defined by curiosity, adaptability and drive. Over the years, his multifaceted skill set and “can-do” attitude have earned him the respect of colleagues and clients worldwide. From nationwide brand campaigns to live event coverage, Rafael is a versatile Producer committed to bringing creative visions to life.
