The music festival runs for two days, with the same 50+ artists performing across multiple stages each day.
As the producers of the festival, we manage every facet of operations to ensure a seamless experience for both artists and fans. From securing permits and coordinating with local authorities to overseeing the event command center, our team executes 360-degree production with precision. We design and install custom stages, lighting, video and sound to bring each performance to life, while managing artist communications to keep the schedule running smoothly. Signage, sponsorship activations and brand integration are handled end-to-end, ensuring cohesive visuals throughout the festival grounds.
