The city of Los Angeles imposes strict limitations on how often Hollywood Boulevard can be closed and Universal Picture’s requested premiere weekend had already been denied. That’s when they turned to us. Through our deep experience working with the city and our solutions-driven approach, we were able to secure a rare exception, granting permission to close down the iconic street for one of the most anticipated premieres of the year.

With that win in hand, we transformed the TCL Chinese Theatre and its surroundings into a fully immersive premiere experience. From large-scale scenic builds to fan zones and media-ready red-carpet moments, every element was designed for impact, visibility, safety and flow.
