In addition to the red-carpet, we produced a series of exclusive events in the days around the premiere, including the Welcome Dinner, Filmmakers Dinner and Premiere After Party, all hosted at some of Rome’s most stunning and unique locations.

Our responsibilities encompassed the full scope of event production from procuring and contracting the venues to overseeing every detail of design to managing both the front and back of house operations. Acting as the liaison between Universal Pictures and their selected venues, we handled all aspects of event management, while also organizing top-tier security, travel and hospitality services for Universal executives and staff as well as the cast and their guests.
