At the heart of our story is one relationship that started everything: the friendship between Ford Englerth and Jeffery Brooks.
Each made their own way to Los Angeles, chasing a future in entertainment. Their paths crossed in the most Hollywood way possible, waiting tables at a well-known LA restaurant, and they quickly became best friends.
While Ford dove headfirst into live production, Jeffery’s path unfolded on the studio lots. Ford toured, teched and built stages for icons. By the time Avalon Attractions, a local Southern California promoter, evolved into Live Nation, he was running production across the West Coast, delivering flawless experiences for global superstars and learning what it takes to operate at the highest level. Jeffery coached actors and worked with major studios and networks including Warner Bros., Fox and Universal. He also spent time at renowned theaters around the world, helping performers find their voice and developing a passion for creative storytelling and mentorship.
What they were building during these early years wasn’t just experience. They were building trust, and an understanding that nothing in entertainment happens alone.

IN 2001, WHILE STILL HOLDING THEIR DAY JOBS, THEY DECIDED TO START SOMETHING OF THEIR OWN AND FOUNDED REDROCK ENTERTAINMENT, ORIGINALLY AS A TALENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
They were on a mission, one that remains unchanged to this day: to make a lasting impact on the entertainment industry.
Ford and Jeffery didn’t just want to work in entertainment; they wanted to build the kind of workplace they wished they’d found when they entered the industry. One where relationships matter, kindness is key and the impossible is just the starting point.
From the floor of a one-bedroom apartment to our headquarters in Burbank, Redrock Entertainment has grown to meet the ever-evolving needs of the creative landscape. Our founders’ ambitions grew with the increasing demands of their clients, turning the business into a full-service entertainment company.
