Lionsgate UK has added revenge thriller London Heist to its home entertainment slate. The deal was done between Lionsgate and producers at Impact Entertainment. U.S and Latin America rights were acquired by Grindstone. Mark McQueen directed London Heist from a screenplay by Craig Fairbrass and Chris Regan. It was produced by Luke Fairbrass of Impact Entertainment and executive produced by Red Rock Entertainment.

When Michael comes to his Portuguese villa, Ralph’s long-suffering wife looks to create the perfect environment, but he manages to ruin things by picking a fight with his son’s girlfriend. The clock is ticking, as Ralph has invited a mysterious ‘Visitor’ (Charles Dance) to provide him with a painless end to his life.

Beth French Completes the Gibraltar Strait in just over 4 hours.

Beth was absolutely elated and on fire as she completed the Gibraltar Straits. It was a tumultuous 4hrs and 24mins. Beth is over half way through her Oceans7 project. Her last and most challenging swims is The Tsugaru Strait in Japan and the English Channel, Great Britain & France, said to be the toughest swim.

EXCLUSIVE: Poe Adaptation Will be Handled by London-based company.

Parkland Pictures has picked-up worldwide sales rights to Steven Berkoff’s Tell Tale Heart. The film is based on Edgar Allan Poe’s short story of the same name and was performed by Berkoff on stage at Hammersmith Riverside Studios for a one-man show in 2011.

Oceans7 Beth French

Beth French has become the First Woman (the first person in fact) to have swum from Cornwall to the Isles of Scilly and now she is swimming the Gibraltar Strait in May.

Wheelchair-bound at 17 years old with M.E, Beth has gone beyond her childhood dreams and has swum the English Channel, the Molokai Channnel in Hawaii and is about to embark on an extraordinary feat for 2016: seven channels in a year – without a wetsuit or physical assistance.

Beth French is in New Zealand to tick off a swim across Cook Strait and a step closer to completing the Oceans Seven. Ms French is testing our sea temperatures and setting her sights on Cook Strait.  “Just to get a feel for what the water’s going to be like, get a taste for it being the pacific and yeah get the body ready to tackle it,” she says.
