Rich has a Bachelors Degree in Jazz and Contemporary Music from the University of Maine, He has played and toured with memebers of Blood Sweat and Tears, Jim Chapin and Rare Silk.
In 1994 he headed west and wound up in Salt Lake, where he currently lives playing, and teaching music and building guitars.
Rich got the Django germ 12 years ago and can't seem to get rid of it.
He founded the Red Rock Hot Club in 1999 enjoys watching it evolve.
Pat Terry-guitar. Pat is a professor of Jazz Studies at the University of Utah. He has performed, recorded and toured with bands such as Irie Heights, Mambo Jumbo, John Flanders & Double Helix and Purdy Mouth, VA. He's often confused for Scott's half brother, and plays a mean bluegrass banjo.
A veteran of the Salt Lake City music scene. Has toured nationally and recorded with bands such as Insatiable, Mambo Jumbo, Purdy Mouth, University of Utah Jazz Ensembles, John Flanders Trio and numerous other acts. He is the only single members of the band, he likes the color blue, puppies, chick flicks, chains and whips and pulls a mean g-string!
Charlie is the only musician I know from Iowa.
Apparently they export a lot of corn, and little else. I'm probably wrong...please don't write.
When Chuck's not playing guitar he's writing prescriptions (if you catch my drift)No, really...he's a Doctor of Internal Medicine here in Salt Lake.
Dan is one of the most common faces in the SLC music scene. You might find him playing pedal and lap steel in a country band, or shredding old school metal guitar, he played with locals like The Cow Daddies, Atomic Deluxe, The Traveling Mercies and You may catch him jamming with Scrapomatic! When Dan isn't playing violins he's building them and has been for years ask him about Salini Violins!!!!
